Playa Masca Tenerife Playas
Masca is located in the northwest at the foot of the Teno Mountains. Part of the thrill of visiting this quaint village is the journey to get there. The easiest route from Tenerife's southern resorts is via Santiago del Teide. Visitors driving on their own may take the TF-436 motorway.

The village Masca is situated at a high altitude of around 750 m in the Teno mountains, on the western side of Tenerife. Nowadays, the village is part of the municipality of Buenavista del Norte and it's home to around 90 people who still choose to live here.

It is the end of the popular route which leads from the village of Masca. It is a small and isolated beach, with volcanic sand and lots of charm. Its an untouched beach with crystal clear waters at the foot of the cliffs.
